Lin Realty Group / Brand Transformation

A great business with a

01 / Challenge & direction

The message wasn’t coming across.

The company already had a logo and visual identity. It needed a clearer expression of what its clients valued—and far more consistent execution across its communications.

Research and client experience shaped the voice, creative standards and positioning. Not a new brand invented from scratch; an existing one expressed with purpose.

02 / The transformation

One brand.
Every touchpoint.

I elevated what the team already made—market updates, monthly events videos, email, editorial, social and landing pages—aligning the storytelling, visual language and everyday messaging.

That included film direction, writing, editing, design, clearer programming, and stronger SEO and AI-search discoverability efforts, in collaboration with the team.

03 / The Story Behind

Let clients tell the story.

When a real estate agent praises their own service, skepticism is natural. Real clients describing major life transitions are much more persuasive.

I helped shape The Story Behind into a client-centered storytelling platform, then led its creative execution across film, articles, print, web and social.

Original interviews became distinct editorial treatments, full films, vertical and 4:5 adaptations, emails, print features and materials used in seller presentations.

04 / Community expression

From clients
to community.

The storytelling extended to people and organizations serving Pasadena. The Eaton Fire documentary and Kidspace profiles made care and community visible beyond transactions.

Also: charity Bike Build, the architectural coloring-book initiative and planned follow-on topics, local campaigns and community partnerships. Creative execution was collaborative, with credits retained for contributors.

05 / Business context & durable work

A clearer story.
A stronger presence.

An established identity, unified across everyday communications, signature films, publishing, digital channels and local initiatives.
